Jake brings 9 years of transformative experience in real estate development, specializing in driving growth and operational excellence. With expertise in managing complex construction projects, including Small Lot Ordinance and Condominium builds, he has a proven track record in Site and Building Caisson construction, project acquisition, entitlements, and strategic planning.
Based in Costa Mesa, Jake enjoys morning runs on the beach, reading historical fiction, and collecting typewriters. He lives with his wife, their new daughter, and two beloved dogs.
David Shelly

David is an experienced professional in land acquisitions and development. As the former Director of Land Acquisitions at City Ventures, he helped lead the Northern California division, adding 1,200 housing units to the company’s pipeline and generating $290 million in profits.
His expertise lies in identifying underutilized land and redevelopment opportunities in infill locations. David has extensive experience across residential and mixed-use projects, having entitled and developed single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and both vertically and horizontally integrated mixed-use developments.
David holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah and a Master's in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California. Based in Los Angeles, he applies his deep knowledge of real estate while enjoying his passions for surfing, skiing, and backpacking.
